Architectural Description: 321 Commercial St. is a 2-story, 2-bay commercial building; hipped roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, overhanging eave; exterior is clad in scalloped and staggered wood shingles; building sits on an obscured foundation; fenestration is irregular and includes 1/1 vinyl DHS windows, inoperable shutters on side facade, service windows on front facade, 2nd-story canted bay on front facade; recessed primary entrance is accessed by a modern metal and glass door; vintage marquee; overhanging 2nd story; large additions to rear facade are not visible from street.
Historical Narrative: Currently "Lobster Pot," plaque on front that reads: "Lagosta un Panela" (2003).
