Architectural Description: 93 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 3-bay Greek Revival-style commercial building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; exterior is clad in wood shingles; fenestration includes 6/1 DHS wood replacement and 6/6 wood replacement windows, paired, triple, and quadruple single-pane vinyl casement windows, large shed dormer with modern windows; storefront has pair of 12-pane wood picture windows flanking the entrance, second story has 6/6 DHS; primary entrance in storefront is accessed by a wood pane-and-panel door; a secondary entry with wood pane-and-panel door on the front facade provides access to 2nd-story residential space; full-width molded wood entablature over both entries on front facade is supported by pilasters; rear ell addition has 2nd- and 3rd-story projecting bays and single-pane vinyl hopper windows. |
