Architectural Description: 41 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 3-bay, Italianate-style sidehall dwelling; the front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles with partial cornice returns and paired brackets along the eaves, and an interior brick chimney at peak. ; the exterior is clad in vinyl and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS and 12/12 wood DHS with operable shutters and bracketed lintels, a bay window contains paired brackets at the eaves, 2 windows on the front, with 6/6 wood DHS on sides, occupies the 2 bays to the right of the door, there are panels below the windows; the primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with bull's eye panes and 3-pane sidelight with a storm door and a flat-roofed hood supported by scrolled brackets; Rear 2-story section connecting to 1-story has a flat roof section in rear with brick foundation and rooftop deck; Connecting portion has decorative entrance similar to front and a shed dormer in side with modern 1/1 vinyl DHS and interior brick chimney.
