Architectural Description: 288 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 5-bay, Astylistic building; the roof is front gable; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is obscured; fenestration includes grouped and single 2/1 DHS, grouped 6-light awning windows and a Chicago-style center window in the 2nd story, s canted bay is located on the west facade; the primary entrance consists of a wide central door with a wood storm, a shed roof entry porch supported by square columns with simple capitals and bases; exterior steps reach a 2nd-story rear entry; the 2nd-story overhangs with 1st at the rear, creating an open porch at the 1st story.
