Architectural Description: 3 Carver Street is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall dwelling clad in clapboard with staggered and diamond-shaped shingles in the gable end. Wood shingles clad the north elevation. The front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; full return; interior brick chimney. Greek Revival-style corner pilasters present. A full-width, 1-story porch with flat roof, turned posts and spindlework; square balustrade; area beneath porch deck clad with shiplap siding boards; The main entry is a panel wood odor with modern screen, door has entablature surround. Fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS on front facade, 1/1 vinyl DHS elsewhere; triple windows in gable; wood surrounds. A rear 2-story section contains a secondary entrance on the west facade - pane and panel wood door with shallow flat hood over door. Square bay on west side near front with flat roof and dentil around eave. 2nd and 3rd-story porches present on east facade.
