Oil on canvas. titled on stretcher, "The Misbegotten." Signed on upper left. See Lucy L'Engle interview in Hutchin's Hapgood Papers, O'Neil Collection, Connecticut College. She claims O'Neill saw this picture in L'Engle's studio and exclaimed "Oh the Misbegotten" hence the title. 35.25 x 29.25
