Description:	Jan Kelly writes a weekly column for Provincetown Magazine. Bolete mushrooms are ripening and are my daily fare. Only in Provincetown could you have the Entre Nous black-leather-and-studs motorcycle club and the transvestites holding conventions on the same weekend. In 1800 there were 39 working mills for grinding flour on the Cape.
