Kelly's Corner 042 - Whale Necropsy, Eagles, Book Sale, Divil Gets Mail, Terri Johnson
Jan Kelly writes a weekly column for Provincetown Magazine. In this issue she relates the sad story of a Right Whale who was, in all likelihood, killed by a large boat propeller. Scientists from the Center for Coastal Studies performed a necropsy to learn about its eating habits. Bald eagles are spotted at the Wellfleet dump and Hatches Harbor as well as Long Point. The Friends of the Library Book Sale was a success. Divil the Parrot receives a gift of a handknit red jacket from Germany. Terri Johnson stays in town but switches jobs. | |
