National Trap Business Meeting Minutes 1949-1953
National Trap was an unincorporated business whose majority of shares was owned by the Provincetown Cold Storage. The following are listed as directors of Provincetown Cold Storage and National Trap in 1949: George F. Miller, Jr.; Herbert F. Mayo; D. Lewis Allen; Albion Kelley.
Also included are a copy of a letter to Mr. John Fields, 3 Tremont St., Provincetown, Mass., hiring him as Captain of National Trap for the 1950 season; bylaws of the business; and a resolution to dissolve National Trap and sell any property or real estate to liquidate the business, approved January 2, 1953. | |
