Joyce Johnson WOMR interview with Prescott "Bud" Cummings on October 11, 1989. A 1940's Rum-Runner here in Provincetown, who in his 20s, during Prohibition ran cases of alcohol from large freight boats, 12 - 20 miles offshore, to particular addresses in Provincetown. Quite intriguing to learn who the financial sponsors were.
