Mildred McMillen, Cape End Artist Depicted History-In-Making
A 1952 newpaper account of Mildred McMillen's carved block print of the building of the Provincetown Theater in 1919. Mildred McMillen was an early pupil of Charles Hawthrone. The original theater was burned to the ground by fire in the mid-1990's and subsequently rebuilt. Loaned to the Provincetown History Project by Stephen Borkowski. | |
