Die-In at Outer Cape Health Services 1988
In 1988 there was A DIE-IN at Outer Cape Health Services, to force the Mass Health Department to approve Pentamadine treatments for People with AIDS in order to prevent pneumonia. Reported by The Boston Globe & other media, the photo shows people laying in the Outer Cape Health Services Parking Lot. The protest garnered enough press and succeeded in helping to obtain the treatment at Outer Cape Health Services. | |
