Provincetown's SOS

Cape Cod Times article dated March 28, 2004 regarding the Town Clerk's need for volunteers to help on May 17, 2004 - the advent of same sex marriage in Massachusetts. With a staff of one and a half, Town Clerk Doug Johnstone felt more help was needed to deal with an anticpated large turn-out for marriage filings, based on the over 100 phone calls and e-mails received daily.
