Architectural Description: 9 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 2-bay, Greek Revival-style cottage; The front-gable roof has partial cornice returns, corner boards and asphalt shingles, a brick exterior chimney rises from the south side facade.; the exterior is clad in wood shingles, a frieze runs below the eaves on the side gable facades and the foundation is brick and concrete block; The fenestration includes a Chicago-style window with 2/2 wood DHS with horizontal muntins; The primary entrance, facing Bradford Street, contains a wood panel door with 5-pane sidelights and a storm door; A picket fence borders the property. |
