Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story, 5-bay; center entry cottage; asphalt roof shingles; interior brick chimney at peak; interior brick chimney at rear; partial cornice returns; gable dormer on south side; primary entrance contains central pane and panel wood historic door with modern storm door flanked by inoperable shutters, entablature top and accessed by brick steps and metal handrail; fenestration includes 2/2 DHS wood and 6/6 DHS wood with inoperable shutters, 6-pane wood awning/hopper in basement, paired 6/6 DHS in gable dormer; rear 1-story gable section with entrance at south side and 2-story exterior steps to 2nd floor entrance
