Description:	Historic District Survey information for 4 Cemetery Rd
	Architectural Description: 4 Cemetery Road is a 2-story 4-bay dwelling. The side gable roof has partial returns, box cornice, frieze below eaves. Corner boards are present. The main entry is located at the west end of the primary (south) facade, and consists of a multi-pane door with multi-pane wood storm; no stoop; flat hood with pendanted end brackets. Fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with storms, wood trim and louver shutters. The 2-story rear ell contains 2/2 windows and a brick chimney. A secondary entry is locate at the rear, accessed by wood steps. A 1-story addition at the rear has wood steps to a secondary entry on its west facade.
