Architectural Description: 3 Young's Court is a 2-1/2-story, 5-bay dwelling with a 2-story, 3-bay ell; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; partial cornice returns; wood corner pilasters and trim; interior brick ridge chimney on side ell; fenestration includes single DHS with canvas awnings on 1st story windows; primary entrance is accessed by a double-leaf wood pane-and-panel door sheltered by a flat hood supported by scrolled brackets; shed wall dormer on front facade of side ell; front yard is enclosed by a wood picket fence.
