Architectural Description: 277 Bradford Street is a 1-story, 4-bay, Colonial Revival-style building; primary facade faces Snow Street; the pyramid-shaped roof is clad in asphalt shingles, with central interior corbelled brick chimney; the exterior is clad with wood shingles, with a frieze board under the eave and the foundation is concrete block; the fenestration is 2/1 wood DHS, south facade has 3/1 wood DHS, side facing Bradford Street has fixed picture windows with flanking 2/1 wood DHS; the primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with storm, with a shed-roof entry porch supported by square posts and balustrade and is accessed by wood steps and deck; entrance on south facade has a pergola;
