	Architectural Description: 416 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 3-bay, four square dwelling; hipped roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, hipped dormers, brick chimney; exterior is clad in clapboard siding with wood trim, wood shingles on 2-story rear side ell addition; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes modern picture window, 2/1 DHS, 2/2 replacement DHS, 2/1 DHS in hipped dormers, storm windows, wood surrounds; primary entrance is accessed by new paired large-pane replacement doors with wood surround; wood deck with matchstick balustrade, evidence that a 1st-story porch roof was removed.
