	Architectural Description: 22 Winthrop Street is a 1-story, 3-bay cottage. Side-gable roof with brick chimney on rear slope; offset gable on front roof slope. Main entry has pane-and-panel door with storm and simple surround. A hipped-roof open porch encompasses the gable portion of front facade. Posts are square with knee braces; turned balustrade. Windows are 6/6, 6/1 false divided DHS with storms. Canted bay window in right portion of front facade has 1/1 central window and 4/4 side windows. 1-story hipped roof square bay on north facade with 6/1 false divided DHS. Shed dormer on rear roof slope.
