Architectural Description: 72-74 Bradford Street is a 1-story, multi-bay double cottage. There are two panel entry doors, one for each unit, on the primary facade. There are three gabled dormers on the front roof slope, and a brick chimney at the roof ridge. Windows are replacement 1/1 wood DHS with storms installed. A white picket fence borders the property. The building has partial cornice returns. The west facade contains 1/1 DHS with wood surrounds. The rear (north) facade has an altered fenestration with 1/1 DHS, entry doors at each level reached by exterior wood steps.
