Architectural Description: 27 Tremont Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay sidehall cottage. The front-gable roof has a brick chimney in the eastern roof slop; partial returns on gable ends and frieze below the eaves; a wood deck across the primary facade accesses the front door. A small shed hood overhangs the door. Windows are 2/2 DHS with louvered shutters. Windows and door have simple trim. A 1-story addition is located at the rear.
