Architectural Description: This building is connected to 623 Commercial Street and a rear building that appears historic. 621 Commercial St. is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay dwelling; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; exposed rafter ends; interior brick chimney; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards and trim; fenestration includes 1/1 vinyl DHS, single-pane vinyl casement, Queen Anne-style window-over-1 DHS, single-pane vinyl picture window; shed dormer with 3/3 wood DHS; entrance is accessed by a modern aluminum pane-and-panel door. Connecting the two buildings is a modern 1-story section with gable roof sheathed in asphalt shingles; exposed rafter ends; shed dormer with a cupola on top; 4-pane vinyl casement windows; and entrance with modern panel door flanked by 4-pane vinyl casement. Rear building has a front gable with shed extensions on each side; gable-front roof sheathed in asphalt shingles; chimney is encased in wood shingles; exterior is clad in wood shingles; shed dormer on north side has 4-pane wood awning windows; fenestration includes grouped 1/1 vinyl DHS and modern sliding glass; entrance is accessed by a modern pane-and-panel door with gable hood; 2nd-story flat-roof section with gable wall dormer on south side.
