Architectural Description: 120 Commercial St. is a 2-story, 3-bay Colonial Revival-style dwelling that has been converted to commercial use; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, box cornice with partial returns and dentils, projecting storefront on 1st story of front facade has full-width hipped roof sheathed in asphalt shingles; exterior is clad in wood shingles with corner boards and aluminum trim, building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes canted bay display windows with single-light fronts and multi-light sides with fixed fanlight transoms and brick half-walls in projecting storefront, 2nd story has paired single-light casements with inoperable shutters at each end of row, with same in gable end, and 2/2 DHS with shutters on 2nd story of right side facade; primary entrance is accessed by recessed pane-and-panel door in center bay, door has fixed fanlight transom and sidelights; rear facade has shed-roof addition with roof deck.
