Architectural Description: 246 Bradford Street is a 1-story, 3-bay Greek Revival cottage; The side gable roof has partial cornice returns, an exterior end brick chimney pierces the roof ridge at its western end; the exterior is clad in wood shingles, a frieze and corner boards frame the primary facade; fenestration includes single and grouped 6/6 wood DHS with storms and operable louvered shutters; the primary entrance contains a replacement plank door with a single light, simple wood surround and storm door, brick front stoop; A gable roofed ell extends from the rear of the building at the east end. |
