Architectural Description: Address in field is 9 Commercial Street; This building is a 1-1/2 story, 2-bay irregularly-shaped dwelling with an attached single car modern garage. The exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood cornerboards. The Halifax roof is clad in asphalt shingles. Window openings on the primary facade contain eight-over-eight double hung wood sash with louvered shutters, and the secondary facades contain six-over-six double hung wood sash. The front entrance contains a multi-paneled wood door with an arched sunburst design above and wood steps.
