Architectural Description: 43 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story 3-bay, Italianate-style sidehall dwelling; the front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, the eave is boxed with aluminum, an interior brick chimney is located at peak, partial cornice returns exist and a shed dormer is in the north roof slope; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with storms installed, a flat-roofed bay window is located to the left of the door, two 2/2 wood DHS windows in the front wall of the bay and 1/1 wood DHS on side, shed dormer has 6/1 wood DHS, the rear ell has a modern Chicago-style window and modern 1/1 DHS and there are panels below the windows; the primary entrance consists of a wood pane and panel door with a storm door, and a flat-roofed hood supported by brackets
