	Architectural Description: 9 Wareham Street is a 1-story, 4-bay, 3/4 cottage. Side-gable roof has exterior brick chimney at south gable end. Main door is pane-and-panel (2 panes) with storm. Brick and concrete stoop. Fenestration includes 1/1 replacement DHS with louver shutters; canted bay window to right of door with 1/1 DHS; 8/8 DHS in north gable end. 1-story addition on south gable end with skylight, 1/1 DHS, and concrete block foundation. Shed-roof section on end with octagonal window. 1-story shed-roof addition at rear with secondary entry on north facade.
