Architectural Description: This building is a 1-story, 3-bay dwelling with a two 1-story additions. The side gable roof has a large shed dormer on the north roof slope, creating a full second story; gable dormers on south roof slope; cinder block chimney on west side of rear ell. The rear addition is a 1-story, 3-bay section with a shallow gable roof; bubble skylight. The primary entry is located on the south facade of this addition; a pane and panel door with storm, shaded by a metal hood. Fenestration includes 2/1 DHS; Chicago-style with 1/1 DHS; grouped 1- and 3-light casements; louver shutters. A 1-story hipped-roof addition on the north facade contains a bow window with false divided casements; a large brick chimney is attached to the corner of this addition. |
