Architectural Description: 139A Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay, Colonial Revival-style commercial building; The side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles and there is a shed dormer; the exterior is clad in clapboard siding and the foundation is obscured; the fenestration includes paired and single 1/1 vinyl DHS, all windows and doors are shaded by cloth awnings; the primary entrance is enclosed in a gabled vestibule that contains a modern pane and panel aluminum door; To the east of the entrance is a 1-story shed addition that connects the former garage (constructed c. 1945) to the main building; The former 1-car garage has a hipped roof, another pedestrian entrance with a modern pane and panel aluminum door, 4 single-pane casements and a vented cupola on the roof. |
