Architectural Description: 44 Commercial St is a 2-story, 5-bay building with vinyl cladding and front-gable roof with full cornice return. A shed dormer is located on the east roof slope. Corner pilasters are present, and these have been wrapped in aluminum, as has the rest of the trim. The primary entry has a pane and panel door with storm door, and the wood door surround consists of pilasters and a large entablature. The door is reached by a brick path and steps. Fenestration includes 6/6 DHS replacement windows with louvered shutters. An exterior wood stair leads to a second floor entry on rear of the building.
