Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall cottage with ell. The front-gable roof has slight cornice returns. A shed roof wall dormer is located on the west facade, and a gable dormer on the east roof slope. Corner pilasters and frieze below the eaves frame the facades. Fenestration is generally 6/6 DHS windows with operable shutters and storms. The main, sidehall entry is a panel door with sidelights and pilasters, capped by an entablature. A brick stoop accesses this entry. A side ell, set back from the main facade, extends from the east facade of the main block. The ell has a brick foundation, and side gable roof, and the multi-light and panel entry with storm has pilasters and entablature. A gable dormer is located on the front roof slope of the ell.
