1920 U.S. Census shows Frank "Fish" Silva living in this dwelling. It is also here where he owned and operated "Silva's Fish Market." He was a 1st generation American and one of at least 5 children born to Capt. Joseph A. Silva and wife Rosa Bernardo Rodrigues who immigrated from Azores Islands @ 1865.
