Architectural Description: Currently "Admiral's Landing"; 158 Bradford is a 1 1/2 story, 5-bay building with a side gable roof and an offset entry. The front roof slope has 2 central gabled dormers, partial cornice returns and a frieze below the eaves. The panel door has a simple surround with entablatures, which is echoed in other foundation surrounds. 1/1 DHS are located at the basement level, 6/6 on the 1st floor, and 2/2 DHS on secondary facades. The west facade has 2 secondary entries, 1 accessed by a brick stoop, and 1 with an enclosed hipped-roofed projecting vestibule. An additional entrance is located on the east facade. Narrow corner boards. A large shed wall dormer is located on the rear facade.
