Architectural Description: 109 Bradford Street is a 1-story, 3-bay, Federal-style dwelling; the saltbox roof is clad in asphalt shingles, there are two interior brick chimneys, and the roof slope is interrupted by hipped wall dormers on both facades; the exterior is clad in clapboard on the west facade and wood shingles on the north facade; the fenestration includes 12/12 wood DHS and triple 6-pane wood casements and 6/6 vinyl DHS on the hipped wall dormers; The primary entrance contains a historic wood panel door, wood surround and historic fanlight with an "M"; A 1-story, 3-bay saltbox section is connected to the south side has a wood shingle covered front (east) facade, central entry with wood panel door, gable hood supported by square wood brackets and truss-like gable design
