Architectural Description: 130 Commercial St. is a 2-story Colonial Revival-style commercial building converted to residential use; side-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, interior brick chimney, wood cornice with partial returns; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards, building sits on a concrete block foundation; fenestration is irregular and includes 1/1 wood DHS, 6/6 DHS, and single-light awning window, some windows have operable shutters but most are missing; primary entrance is accessed by a wood storm door; side facade contains a triple sliding glass door; rear facade has a large shed wall dormer; an addition extends from the rear facade.
