Architectural Description: 269A Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay, Greek Revival-style cottage; the side-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles with partial cornice returns and two modern gable dormers on east facade, shed dormer on west facade and a brick chimney on south side; ; the exterior is clad in wood shingles, there are corner pilasters and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 6/6 vinyl DHS topped with modern fanlights in two modern gable dormers, 2/2 wood DHS on the 1st floor and 6/6 wood DHS on north side with inoperable louvered shutters; the primary entrance contains a entablature and storm door; A central section with a 2nd-story balcony, supported by Doric columns, visually separates the original portion from the addition; 2-story addition to the south side with a gable roof and large modern arched window
