Architectural Description: 92 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall entry dwelling. The full cornice return has an entablature below. The recessed entry door has a monumental surround, including pilasters and a heavy entablature. The door is reached by wood steps and landing. Windows are 6/6 DHS and the windows on the primary facade have wood trim. The windows on the 2nd story abut the entablature. There is a brick chimney in the left (west) roof slope, as well as 2 skylights. There is also an exterior brick chimney. There are wooden decks at each story on the rear of the dwelling. Shutters are inoperable. Basement level contains 2-light windows. The right side facade has a shed dormer with 6/6 replacement DHS. Windows toward rear of main building section are 6/6 and 2/2 wood DHS with storms. The rear ell is clad in wood shingles and contains 2/2 DHS windows with vertical and horizontal muntins. |
