Architectural Description: 2 1/2-story, 5-bay; asphalt roof shingles; hipped dormer; rear shed dormer; rear interior brick chimney; slight wall flare between 1st and 2nd floors; overhanging eave; bands of diamond shaped wood shingles; main entrance contains multi-pane wood door with modern storm accessing full facade front porch with flat roof, square wood balustrade, decorative brackets, exposed roof rafters, balustrade around roof, lattice work at bottom and reached by centered wood steps; 2/1 wood DHS on front facade with inoperable shutters, 6/6 wood DHS in dormer, 2/1 wood DHS on east side in shed dormer, windows on 1st floor at rear of east side has Greek Revival window surrounds; 2/1 wood DHS, 1/1 vinyl DHS on west side; steps and deck on 2nd floor rear entrance on east side; open 1st floor deck extends along rear of west side. |
