Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 2-bay, side-gable building clad in wood shingles; a 1-story addition with 2nd-story porch extends around the front and west facade; Fenestration on the primary facade includes 1/1 DHS in the 1st story, and 6/6 DHS windows above; sliding glass doors with a roll-out awning access the 2nd-story deck; wood trim and storm windows present throughout. The main entrance contains a brick pad which leads to a panel door with modern storm door. The west facade contains large sliding windows at the 1st story, and sliding glass doors and roll-out awnings at the 2nd level; The east facade has replacement 6/6 DHS windows with inoperable shutters and 1 wood window. A rear ell contains a multi-light door with storm, and a surround with 5-light sidelights, a sun-motif fanlight and a gabled hood. Fenestration on the rear ell includes 6-light windows with operable shutters.
