Architectural Description: 616 Commercial Street is a 2-story, 5-bay modified Dutch Colonial Revival dwelling. There are Chicago-style windows with 1/1 DHS throughout, except for the running 1/1 DHS windows in the uppermost shed dormer. An incised, partial facade, 1-story porch is located on the front facade. The 2nd story of the rear gable end slightly overhangs the 1st story. The chimney is brick. Shed dormer has 1/1 DHS and a deck; A 2nd chimney is located at the left gable end. The porch has a brick stoop. Paired 6-light casements are located at porch. A 2-story hyphen connects the main building to a large 2-story rear ell. Hyphen has steps to 2nd story deck and entrance. Rear ell has sliding glass doors on 1st floor. Rear ell has paired and single 1/1 DHS. Chimney is brick. Building has skylight.
