Architectural Description: 636 Commercial Street is a 1-1/2-story bungalow with a gable dormer with paired 3-light awnings. The incised porch is enclosed by a wood shingle-clad half wall. Screens have been recently removed from the porch. A brick chimney is visible at the end of the roof ridge. Windows have operable shutters. The left side facade near the rear contains a 1-story porch enclosure with lattice. The right side facade contains a canted bay with hipped roof. Windows closed for season at time of survey. 1-bay side-gable section facing rear of building on concrete block piers. Deck across back.
