Architectural Description: 92 Commercial St. is a 1-1/2-story, 2-bay dwelling; front-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; wood cornice with partial returns; exterior is clad in wood shingles and has corner pilasters; fenestration consists of replacement windows throughout, including tripartite windows in gable end and modern canted bay window on front facade, 2/1 and 1/1 DHS on left facade (Mechanic St.), some windows have inoperable shutters; primary entrance has replacement door with 3-pane sidelights and wood door surround composed of entablature over pilasters; rear facade has 2-story addition with modern arched windows and roof deck, multiple entries with pediment or entablature caps, sliding glass door and historic door, and enclosed porch.
