Historic District Survey information for 3 Cook St | |
Historical Narrative: As per Tom Boland (1994): This house is not indicated on the 1836 map, but its stylistic detailing indicates that it is a home of a transitional period from Federal to Greek Revival. In 1858, the house was owned by S.S. Young. The house stayed in the Young family through 1880 when it was owned by B.S. Young. In 1907, the owner is listed as S. McQuarrie. |
