Architectural Description: 4 Mozart Avenue has two 2-story front gable sections facing Mozart Avenue (north), joined by a 1-story hyphen on an exposed basement. Gable ends have partial returns; large shed wall dormer on western facade, main block; . The main entry, located in the hyphen, consists of a multi-pane door and storm; accessed by wood steps. Fenestration includes 1/1 DHS and Chicago style windows; grouped single-light casement windows in the wall dormer. A 1-story addition is located on the gable front of main (western) building section with bow window. Sliding glass doors access wood deck across western facade of main building. The main building block has a brick foundation, while the hyphen and 2-story addition have concrete block and poured concrete foundations.
