Architectural Description: The outbuilding at 135 Commercial St. is a small 1-story, 3-bay astylistic dwelling; low-pitched side-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, modern concrete block chimney at rear; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards and shaped wood shingles in the gable end, building sits on a concrete block foundation; fenestration includes a 6/6 wood DHS on the front facade with inoperable shutters and a Chicago-style picture window on the north facade; primary entrance is accessed by a modern aluminum pane-and-panel door with a low concrete stoop.
