New dwelling features gable-front roof sheathed in wood shingles; large exterior brick chimney; exterior is clad in vinyl siding; fenestration includes 6/6 vinyl DHS windows; operable shutters; primary entrance is a modern pane-and-panel Dutch door; door surround includes a heavy entablature and pilasters; wood entry steps with square wood balusters and newel posts; 3-bay core is flanked by 1-bay shed wings on either side clad in wood shingles with latticework on outside; raised basement; latticework archway in front garden.
