Architectural Description: This is a 2 story; 3-bay building with an irregular plan, clad in clapboard on the primary facade and wood shingles on secondary facades. The front-gable roof with wood box cornice with partial returns features a large central brick chimney at the roof ridge. Two gable dormers containing 6/6 DHS are located on the eastern roof slope. A brick path leads to a brick landing at the primary entry. This entry has a 4-panel door with 4 panes across the top and a storm door, and the surround includes sidelights, pilasters and heavy entablature. Fenestration is primarily 6/6 DHS, with 1/1 and 2/2 DHS located on secondary facades. A canted bay is located on west facade; a 1-story shed roof addition is located near the rear of the west facade. A deck is located above this addition. The rear facade features a 2-bay garage with 16-panel overhead doors. Exterior wood steps lead to a 2nd-story entry and deck on south facade, which extends over an enclosed 1st story. A central entrance here has a panel door flanked by windows.
