Architectural Description: 172 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 4-bay, Astylistic dwelling; the roof is front gable, a gable dormer is located on the front roof slope, concrete chimneys are located at the center of the gable roof ridge and the north gable end; the exterior is clad in clapboard with wood trim; the fenestration includes an oriel window with 1/1 DHS on the 2nd floor gable end, 6/6 DHS windows on the primary facade, dormer contains 8/8 DHS; primary entrance contains two entry doors and faces Priscilla Alden Road.
