Architectural Description: This is a 1-story, 3-bay cottage located to the rear of the main building at 42 Commercial Street, adjacent to Point Street. The offset cross gable roof has a shallow pitch. The primary entry is a pane and panel central entry door reached by brick steps; a second entry panel door with concrete steps is located near the western gable end. Paired single-light awning windows are located on the western gable end. Fenestration includes paired 1/1 DHS windows to the east of the main door and 6-light casements between the two doors. Window boxes are supported by knee braces.
